Ingredients

• 1.25oz Pink Grapefruit vodka
• 0.5oz St. Chase Elderflower Liqueur
• 3oz Ruby red grapefruit juice
• 2oz Lunetta Prosecco
• 6-8 Mint leaves

Directions

• In a mixing glass, muddle the mint leaves with the grapefruit juice.
• Add the PG Vodka and Chase Elderflower Liqueur.
• Top with ice and shake vigorously.
• Strain into iced highball glass and top with Lunetta Prosecco.
• Garnish.
