Lunetta Prosecco

Ingredients

• Ice
• 5 Mint leaves
• ½ Lime, squeezed or ( ¾ oz. juice )
• 1 oz. Light or citrus rum
• .75oz Monin® Honey Mango Syrup
• 1oz Sweet & sour mix
• 6oz of Lunetta Prosecco
• Mango (optional )

Directions

• Fill a 16oz pint glass 2/3 full with ice.
• Tear and drop mint leaves into glass.
• Squeeze and drop lime into glass.
• Add rum, Monin® Honey Mango Syrup and sour mix.
• Cap and shake for 5 seconds.
• Add Lunetta Prosecco.
• Add garnish  at this time.
• Add straw and serve.
