Ingredients

• 1oz Chamuco Tequila Repasado
• 1/2oz Crème de Cassis
• 1oz Fresh Sour
• 1/2oz Simple syrup
• 3 Strawberries (1 for garnish)
• 5 Mint leaves
• 3oz Lunetta Rose or Prosecco

Directions

• Combine the all of the ingredients (except the Lunetta) in a cocktail shaker with ice.
• Shake vigorously.
• Add the Lunetta and roll contents back and forth into other half of cocktail shaker 3 times (or swirl for 8 seconds).
• Pour contents into tall pilsner.
• Garnish with strawberry.
