Pale yellow-gold. Pear skin, honey and herbs on the pungent nose and palate. Dry and tightly wound, with modestly concentrated orchard fruit flavors and a touch of bitter citrus pith. The smooth, broad finish leaves a slightly warm poached pear note behind.

Pale yellow. Fresh orchard and pit fruit aromas are sharpened by lemon pith and white pepper. Fleshy and dry on the palate, offering bitter pear skin and honeysuckle flavors joined by a deeper touch of nectarine on the back half. Finishes with good cling and bite, repeating the lemon and pear notes.

Pale yellow. Fresh melon, tangerine, quince and a spicy ginger nuance on the nose. Dry and tightly wound, offering dried orchard fruit and citrus zest flavors that flesh out slowly with aeration. A hint of quinine on the finish adds refreshingly bitter cut.

March 2016

Rich yet firm, this is juicy with spiced pear flavor. Chill it for seafood sausages.

This blend of 40% Clairette, 30% Grenache Blanc, 20% Viognier and 10% Roussanne offers up delicate lemony scents alongside hints of pineapple. It's a medium-bodied white, displaying freshness and finesse in its citrus, pear and melon flavors. Drink it over the next year.

This has nice weight, but it's also really fresh, with a creamy melon core and a blanched almond frame to keep the wine honest through the finish. Clairette and Roussanne.

Bright star fruit, fennel and green almond notes stay fresh and unadorned through the breezy finish.

September 2015

Plump and friendly, with yellow apple, honeysuckle and mirabelle plum notes mixed together. A flash of quinine on the shortbread-framed finish keeps this honest. A crowd-pleaser. Drink now.
