This is a wonderful follow-up to the superb 2012. Aromas are so intriguing with raspberry, blackberry and light toasted fruits. Some black tea. Full body, and very compacted. Toned and muscular tannins. Racy finish with bright acidity. Fascinating to taste (drink) now but this will be even better in 2019 and onwards.

Soft and attractive, with notes of dried blueberry and toasty oak. Very floral. Full and velvety-textured, with a delicious finish. An excellent red. Sangiovese and Merlot. Best after 2010.

A blend of Sangiovese and Merlot in equal parts, this concentrated wine opens with aromas of vanilla, ripe black-skinned fruit and mocha. The supple palate offers coconut, toast and black plum alongside velvety tannins.

Gorgeous fruit to this wine with dark berries, cassis and orange peel. Full yet tight giving a compact impression. Long and intense. Tighter and finer-grained than the 2015. A blend of sangiovese and merlot.
