Chase Distillery is a single-estate distillery based in Herefordshire, United Kingdom. The first harvest occurred on 1 April 2008 and the first batch of vodka was produced in June of the same year. In late 2008, the company expanded its production to include gin. William Chase, alongside his sons James Chase and Harry Chase, run the Chase farm-to-bottle distillery producing vodka, gin, and liqueurs using ingredients sourced on-site at Rosemaund Farm.
For William's GB Gin the Chase family have selected 10 of the driest botanicals to ensure this is the biggest, driest gin possible. Some of the botanicals includes, juniper, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon, almond, and liquorice. The Gin is distilled in a bespoke Carter Head style copper gin still (the copper reacts with the alcohol to make a smoother spirit), which has a capacity of 1000 litres per batch.
