Dried spices, cracked pepper and roasted meat notes scream of Syrah and the Northern Rh?ne. It?s medium to full in body, but with fine tannins and bright acidity, making it remarkably easy to drink. Approachable now, it should still be drinking well through 2030.

The company now embraces wines representing major appellations of the Rhone Valley as well as the Languedoc and Roussillon regions of southern France.
VinificationGrapes are hand-harvested and de-stemmed. Fermentation takes places in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 21 months in oak barrels (15% new, 85% 1- to 4-year old). The wine is fined with egg whites and bottled unfiltered.
