1.25 oz Don Zoilo 15-year-old Oloroso Sherry
0.5 oz Citrus Oleo/Simple Syrup
1 Lemon Slice
1 Orange Slice
Mint Sprig

directions

Add all Kingsbarns Balcomie, Sherry & Citrus Oleo to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and strain over fresh ice in a wine glass.
Garnish with the mint sprig, lemon slice & orange slice.
