1 oz. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with Californian Orange Citrus
1 oz. Orange juice
0.75 oz. Lemon juice
0.75 oz. Passion fruit syrup
2 oz. Sparkling wine
2 oz. Soda Water
Pineapple and cherries for garnish

directions

Fill a tall glass with ice, add all ingredients, and stir gently.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
