1.5 oz Gracias a Dios Mezcal Espadín
0.5 oz. agave syrup
1 shot double espresso
1/3 oz. bitter allspice
1 pinch of salt
2 tbsp grated bitter chocolate

directions

Pour all ingredients into a shaker and add ice.
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds then pour into a chilled glass.
