ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gracias a Dios Mezcal Espadín
  • 0.5 oz. agave syrup
  • 1 shot double espresso
  • 1/3 oz. bitter allspice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp grated bitter chocolate

directions

  • Pour all ingredients into a shaker and add ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 10 seconds then pour into a chilled glass.
