Don’t Sit Under the Pineapple Tree

ingredients

2 oz. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with Brazilian Pineapple
1 oz. Lime juice
2 oz. Pineapple juice
0.75 oz. Orgeat almond syrup
Creole bitters
Mint for garish

directions

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Add four dashes of creole bitters and garnish with a sprig of mint.
