Dos Maderas Hot Toddy

ingredients

• 1.5 oz. Dos Maderas 5+5 Rum
• 1 tsp. honey
• 0.25 oz. lemon juice or cider vinegar
• 5-6 oz. hot water or tea
• Garnish: Cinnamon stick, star anise, and apple slices.
• Optional: Freshly grated nutmeg, star anise, ginger.

directions

• Add rum, honey, and lemon juice or cider vinegar to a warm mug or glass. Stir.
• Top with hot water or tea, then stir lightly.
• Add any other spices then garnish.
