Dos Maderas Rum Runner

ingredients

• 6 fresh blackberries
• 1.5 oz Dos Maderas 5+3 Rum
• 0.5 oz Dos Maderas 5+5 Rum
• 1 oz Crème de Banane (preferably Tempus Fugit)
• 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz fresh orange juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz pomegranate-based grenadine using honey

directions

• Prepare Pomegranate-Honey Grenadine: Warm 1 oz of pomegranate juice, stir in 1 oz of honey until dissolved, and allow to cool.
• Juice and Prepare Fruits: Juice half a lime, an orange (reserving a slice for garnish), and a pineapple (reserving a wedge for garnish). Muddle a few blackberries in your shaker.
• Mix Cocktail: Add 0.25 oz of the grenadine, the fruit juices, and cracked ice to the shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
• Strain and Ice: Double-strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with your choice of ice.
• Garnish and Serve: Garnish with the reserved pineapple wedge, orange slice wrapped around a blackberry, and a decorative banana end. Serve with a reusable straw.
