• 1 oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
• 0.25 oz Mezcal (optional)
• 1 oz Aperol
• 1 oz Lillet Blanc
• Orange peel
• Ice cubes
• Wood chips for smoking (oak)

directions

• Fill the cocktail mixing glass with ice cubes.
• Add Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, Mezcal, Aperol, and Lillet Blanc into the mixing glass.
• Stir the mixture well with a mixing spoon for about 30 seconds to chill and combine the flavors.
• Place the smoker lid on the glass and torch, allowing the glass to fill with smoke. Let smoke infuse.
• Express the oils from an orange peel over the cocktail by gently squeezing it over the drink to release the citrus aroma.
• Rub the peel around the rim of the glass before dropping it into the drink as a garnish.
