3 oz Sausage Tree Vodka
0.25 oz Bauchant
0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
1 oz Invivo X SJP Pinot Noir
0.5 oz lime simple syrup

directions

Prepare your lime simple ahead by dissolving 1 cup of white sugar in ½ cup of water with ½ cup fresh lime juice and 1 TBS of grated lime zest. Double strain and let cool.
Vigorously shake all ingredients with ice for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass or coupe and garnish with lime zest.
