1.5 oz. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
1 oz. Aperol
0.75 oz. Boissiere Rosso Vermouth
Garnish: Lemon peel

directions

Add all ingredients to a rocks glass with ice and stir.
Garnish with a lemon twist. (We added a blackberry for an extra kick.)
