ingredients

1 oz. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with California Orange Citrus
0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz. simple syrup
2 oz. chilled Champagne
Orange twist for garnish

directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients except Champagne and shake until well chilled.
Strain into chilled flute, top with chilled Champagne, and garnish with an orange twist.
