Ferrari Trento Wins 7th “Sparkling Wine Producer of the Year” Title

The Trentino winery has been named “Sparkling Wine Producer of the Year” at the 2024 Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships — an accolade they’ve received four times in a row — and seven times in the competition’s history.

In a remarkable run, the iconic estate behind Italy’s first traditional method sparkling wine has won their seventh “Sparkling Wine Producer of the Year” title at the 2024 Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships. This is the fourth time in a row they've secured this prestigious award.

Stewarded by the third generation of the Lunelli family, Ferrari Trento has become a celebrated producer of Trentodoc wines.

The Ferrari winery also took home 13 gold medals at this year’s competition, winning nods for their Ferrari Brut, Maximum, and Perlé lines, as well as for the Riserva Lunelli and Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore. This is an outstanding achievement that emphasizes not only the remarkable levels of quality in each wine, but also the winery’s ability to showcase their unique terroir’s full potential.
