Through the years PJ Rigney has taken many journeys. From the rural wilds of Drumshanbo to the mountains of Macedonia, to the Eastern Province of Zhejiang, China, where each of 12 intriguing botanicals were added to PJ Rigney's secret tabernacle. During his travels, The Curious Mind was led across the Atlantic and into the heart of the South American continent to hte captivating and wonderous country of Brazil. PJ began to devise an extraordinary recipe to incorporate the refreshingly sweet and tangy Brazilian Pineapple into Drumshanbo Gunpowder IRish Gin back at The Shed distillery in Drumbshanbo.
