Background

Prosecco DOC Cipriani is characterized by a pale straw yellow color, a refined bouquet with elegant floral notes, delicate fruity essence, and an extraordinarily velvety flavor. Birthed from the best grapes and harvested by hand in a dedicated vineyard, it expresses the attitude of the sparkling wine of the territory, which combines quality, excellence, and uniqueness of style. Today Prosecco is recognized and appreciated everywhere in the world. At the Cipriani, we like to believe that this is also thanks to our famous and inimitable Bellini.

TERROIR & VINTAGE NOTES

The Glera grape has a white berry and long clusters with golden-yellow berries, typical of the semi-aromatic variety. The wines are aromatic, fruity and straw-yellow in colour with floral notes; sweet, fresh and fruity on the palate.
