Background

Cipriani’s Rosé comes from lands historically suited to the production of selected Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, which give structure, personality and a harmonious aromaticity

TERROIR & VINTAGE NOTES

Pinot Noir is an international black grape variety used to produce some of the world's most elegant and popular red wines. The cluster is small in size and the berries are very compact, hence the name, which derives from the word 'pin', meaning 'pine'. The neutral colour of its pulp also makes it suitable for white vinification, resulting in a wine that is the best base for making sparkling wines, especially in blends with Chardonnay, to which it gives body, complexity and also considerable longevity.
