Harvest: September 15, 2023 (Lodi), October 11, 2023 (Arroyo Seco) The Sauvignon Blanc fruit was processed as quickly as possible to capture the freshness of the wine, using fermentation yeast designed for Sauvignon Blanc to capture the pure and vibrant characteristics of the variety. 100% fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, with no oak contact, aiming to keep the wine crisp and showcase mineral flavors.

Grapefruit/pomelo, melon and kiwi accented by lemongrass. Refreshing and laser focused acidity and minerality counterbalanced with a substantial mouthfeel. The wine is both thirst quenching and delicious.
